I recently moved to the area and needed an MOT, done a Google search, and found MOTEST Crawley.
Booked my MOT and arrived on the date that i'd booked only to find that i booked the wrong date and was a month and half early. This was picked up by the MOT guy who bought it to my attention, and he gave me the option to come back another time to save me missing out on nearly a months worth of MOT, which i did. My mistake so they could have charged me, but they didn't.
Great garage, honest friendly staff, I did come back, and my car passed. I will definitely come back when my service is due or if I need any work doing.

After 2 failures to do the tracking on my car at the local branch of a big tyre place, I decided to drive to these guys, which are further away, but never let me down in the past. Issue resolved within 30 minutes. Now, my car goes in a straight line with a steering wheel under the correct angle.
The lady at the reception is friendly and polite, and the mechanics know their job very well.
Will definitely come back again.

I brought my car in with an overheating engine and failed heating system. Through an inspection of my vehicle, a couple of other issues were discovered, which required immediate attention.
Scary words as a car owner (price 😬)
They were able to pinpoint and fix areas of my vehicle, showing me the old damaged parts aswell as inform me of the harm that these were doing. This was all achieved at a reasonable price.
I spoke with many members of staff, but mainly Charlie who was able to inform me of the work needing done and assure me when my car was safe and able to be returned.

I have been using MOTEST for a few years now, and I must say that they are the best M.O.T. Centre ever, they just do M.O.T’s so unlike other garages there is no incentive to rip you off like some other garages that I could mention, anyway great service and great staff.
Very good service able to get my MOT done today before it ran out on the 28th.
Plus had a coffee whilst I waited for my car

Booked my BMW in on Thursday for a Friday afternoon appointment, it was quiet, car was done on time, service was excellent and they have parking. If you wait you can walk to Town Centre but with the appointment basis they do you on time. They did not also put stupid comments on the MOT like 'undertrays fitted preventing inspection of underside of vehicle' I mean every manufacturer fits undertrays. All in all an excellent MOT centre been using them on off 25 years.
We received a very friendly welcome when we arrived to get my car MOT'd they took the details and key and told us when it would be ready. We left the car with them and walked I to town for some lunch and got a text when it was done saying it had passed. I've used them many times now and will continue to do so and recommend them to anyone that asks locally where to go.

Took my car here with what I thought was a well known issue. Turns out I had misdiagnosed the problem. The car didn't need the parts I thought it would and I was presented with a bill of around a fifth of what I was expecting !!
Went back Monday morning and was met by the most pleasant lady for my MOT. They completed the MOT in the time allocated and both the mechanic and the lady who work there are a pleasure to deal with. Excellent customer service, could not be more helpful and welcoming. If you want to get your MOT done efficiently and with service that you cannot fault, I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

I have been a customer on and off for a few years, but recently needed a quick bit of work doing and they have been superb. I contacted them late one night when my car was indisposed and I had an email back early the next morning saying to bring it in as soon as I could and they would see to it. I arrived in the car and the chap on reception had made the link with my email and had the problem sorted within no time.
I had a further problem and had to go back a few days later. Again, a phone call and they saw me straight away - they managed a very quick repair. Even sitting in reception an observing the manner in which customers were dealt with on the phone and in person was refreshing.
I have had really mixed experiences with garages but I have been so impressed with MOTest Farnham I've felt moved to write my first ever Google Review. I feel confident in recommending them because of their speed, efficiency and helpful manner.

At last I've found a garage that I can trust. The work and explanation on what was done plus any potential issues to plan for when the MOT is due was really good. They sorted out a brake problem earlier in the year and I've just had a major service, timing belt and water pump replacement. Top marks.
Accommodated my van last minute as it had broken down. Due to traffic and van being towed we arrived later than planned just before they closed. Our lift to get home was arriving after closing time. 2 members of staff stayed behind after hours so that me and the family could stay warm inside the waiting room than waiting in the cold while we waited for our lift. This was much appreciated as it was freezing.
Was kept informed of the progress of the repair every step of the way and repaired was completed promptly.

I've used this garage for the last 5 years and it must be best MOT Test Centre in Swindon. Great service and communication. If repairs are needed they are done swiftly and their labour rates are very reasonable. A well run and decent business with great people. Well done.

The staff was very nice and efficient. He gave me some advice for coming years service. I would recommend it, especially to someone who newly arrived the community and not so familiar with car things.

I have used this business for my van MOT's for the last 2 or 3 years. They are very well organised and very fair. Taking any vehicle in for repairs or assessment is always risky nowadays with so many rogue businesses and fake diagnosis stories around, but these guys are really great and do not rip you off. Genuine advice, fair prices and a great all round service.
Took my car for an MOT. It had to be aborted due to a fuel leak , the staff were very informative and friendly. I would highly recommend this garage and I will be using it for my other car from now on.

Recommended. My car failed and I used the mechanic they suggested who did the work then took my car back to MOTEST who redid the MOT for free. I will be using them again next year.

Adam at the front desk was really helpful and welcoming. Cost less than quoted for originally which was great and process was made very swift and easy. This was not our first time going to Motest.

Took our car in for a diagnostics check as we weren't sure what the warning meant. They were very thorough and professional throughout. Will definitely be using MOTEST again in the future.
Had my annual service on my car here. Eveything was completed as requested including a full printed report of what was completed. Credit to Nick the engineer who explained to me items that could need attention in the future, and all with no attempt to push for work to be done. The reception staff x 2 gentlemen were happy friendly and welcoming, even in 30c heat! 🙂 Thanks for the great service. I shall be using MOTEST Farnham again in future.
First class service, advice and general willingness to make it an easy process and experience for the customer. Easy booking online. Front desk efficient and friendly; MoT tester clear and helpful on outcome of the test and additional observations.
Prices seem competitive and always received sensible advice/quotes about repairs etc. we have used them for years and will continue to do so. No complaints.

I’m so happy with the service I received at MOTEST Hillingdon yesterday! My car needed a fair bit of work done and the parts needed were a bit of a pain due to the model of my car but I’m so grateful for you getting it all done the same day. The work completed is to a high standard and it’s done so quickly and the price paid is an extremely fair price. Colin kept me updated along the way with what was happening with my car and was very polite and welcoming when you go in to the garage. I would like to thank the team at Motest ..despite me running late they still carried out the MOT at a slightly later time on the same day. Rather than fail my car which would leave me and my family with no transport they carried out some adjustments and i collected it a hour later. Fantastic service highly recommend.

The guys at motest Bracknell were brilliant.
My car broke down a couple of days before needing to deal with a family matter and they got me in the same day, and did a great job in remedying the issue with my car.
They identified the issue same day, communicated with me start to finish and went above and beyond to make sure I could get up to see my family.
Aside from the great quality of work, once parts came they managed to get them fitted and the car on the road same day. This isn’t common for performance cars so additional credit due here.
They were very well priced too, I’d definitely recommend them to anyone in the Bracknell area for repairs or mot’s. Will certainly be returning.
Had a great experience with MOTEST this week, have used them for MOTs in years past and always felt very comfortable (which is not always the case as a woman dealing with garages sadly!). They are honest, friendly and good value and dealt with the issues to get my van through its MOT at a very reasonable price.
